When completing your solar installation, we need to share some of your personal information with Formbay to process STC incentives. This includes but is not limited to - your name, address and images of us, you and your home, a copy of your CCEW and serial numbers from products used on your project. We use ServiceM8 for our internal booking and management functions. We use ServiceM8 to communicate with our customers and our team as well as to manage information regarding your job. We input your personal information including but not limited to your name, email address, street address and phone number, a copy of your commissioning checklist and CCEW, as well as photos and videos from the job site. We use Xero for our accounting and bookkeeping purposes and need to share our customers information with them when processing transactions. Internally, we operate our business using Google Suite. We use Google Suite to communicate with our customers and our team via email address. We also use it to store information relating to our business and our customers.
